When making a booking you will be asked for the following information:
- Full name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Details of type of event
- Date of booking
- Times of booking (ensuring adequate time is given to set up at the beginning and clear up after your event)
- A booking reference (Initial, 3 letters of surname, event date)e.g. JRob30Dec
- Whether food or alcohol is going to be consumed at the event
- Whether an external caterer is using the kitchen
- Whether you agree to the terms and conditions
All payment is via our online bank account.
All bookings are provisional until payment is received, the hire cost should be paid before the date of hire.
